I was with colleagues from all over the world this week in Chicago, and it’s always fun to hear how everyone fights jet lag. The Australia crew decided to stay up all night and into the next morning. Our friend from Canada then showed us this image, and I thought it was just a meme making a joke.

“That’s not real is it?” I asked, oozing with possible jealousy.

It was no joke. For the first time this year, British Columbia has gone rogue from the rest of Canada and broke up with Daylight Savings Time. Go BC! Not to be forgotten, Saskatchewan also skips out.
